Saviour Behaviour

My friend, Must, lies on the floor,
He has been call names such as rug-rat,
He has nearly always been poor
And has unhealthily been fat.

He doesn't eat much, but the drink
Takes him to the brink of despair
Where he doesn't rationally think
As he seemingly doesn't have a care.

He stares at the TV in a trance
And looks up to give you a glance,
Communicating with sincerity
At Julie, and he being a we.

Julie looks after him and their daughter,
She is a site of might to savour,
She adheres to respectful behaviour
And to him and her is like the Saviour.
