Are
you still at school teaching
Or
do you stay at your home,
Are
you respectfully reaching
With
a love that has so grown:
You
have a child to look after
And
have some responsibilities,
You
no-doubt are much happier
With
lots of motherly sensibilities.
I
still crave your company,
You
to me were endearing,
You
had a nice respectability
And
I was so always learning.
We
had plenty of happy times
Now
expressed in my rhymes.
