The
needy and poor
Know
the apt score
At
being quite sore,
Some
are so hungry
That
they’ve to beg
To
get some money
To
stand on a leg –
They
are a minority.
But
they are a majority
In
some poor countries,
Where
begging is rife
Trying
to get by in life.
Have
you sensitivities
Of
giving to charities.

Thank you. Love love, Andrew.
Hi, Andrew! I am distressed when I see homeless people and others begging. And I'm intimidated, too, because some are obviously suffering from mental illness. I rarely give money to them, because I've been swarmed and frightened in the past when I have given money. My choice is to support charities that work with the poor and homeless, like the Salvation Army and Doctors Without Borders. I always vote to support those who are in need, vulnerable, and mentally ill. Wishing you a good week, my friend! Give Sadie her favorite scratch for me!
ReplyDeleteGreetings Louise. I tend to be selective on who I give too, as many are on the con and out for their next fix! I tend to give to the Females more so than the males, as it must be harder for them to tolerate! You are right and just in giving to the Salvation Army and other such charities, so I commend you with your giving. Enjoy your new Week too. Blessings my Friend. I gave Sadie a belly-rub from your sweet-self! Love love, Andrew.
