Mother
Nature seems asleep,
No
fruit on trees to duly reap,
But
some flowers are on show
In
gardens with fences so low,
My
Mum has some blooming
Despite
the weather freezing,
The
frost kills a lot of them
Leaving
just a lonely stem.
Evergreens
are still colourful,
Some
are attractively beautiful,
And
some bushes are shapely
That
you can see when sunny.
The
grass is no-longer growing
So
it does not need duly mowing.
