I’m
taking my mum out tomorrow,
Lately
she is full of sad sorrow
As
her partner suffers from dementia –
A
frustratingly slow type of torture.
But
she painstakingly perseveres
Despite
her ailments and fears –
As
she is getting on in years
Crying
the odd unhappy tears.
She
has a hearing and sight test,
At
Boots the chemist no-less,
She
is going to one of the best
So
she needn’t stress.
Her
hearing and vision
Will
be treated with precision.
