Soon To Be

It is nearing winter,
Autumn is diminishing,
The weather is colder –
Soon to be freezing.
The leaves have fallen
With most now rotten.
Snow is sadly forecast
Which I hope won’t last.

I like Spring and Summer,
With new life blooming,
Where the sun is sunnier
Warming your whole being.
Nature will sadly subside
While its frosty outside.
