A Few Pound Is Sound

Are you bailing out of a rough sea,
Swimmingly feeling not lost but sound
From a tempestuous how you used to be,
Then try and now frown like a clown
And spend a few pennies like a pound
On your good natured-self in health
As you previously suffered in stealth
Underground hiding from being found.

I am sound at this moment in time,
I spend my time playing with rhyme,
I hope to earn also a good few pound
If a book makes round of being sound.
I try not to frown upon others I see
As I like people to think rationally.
