A Hater Of Traitor

Am I confusingly boring
Or am I quite pleasing,
Will you sing my tune
Of not being in gloom,
A melody of some sanity
To also healingly remedy
Any negativity expressed
When you could be blessed.

I will enlighten yourself
About staying in health,
Which is a plus positive
About being trim and slim.
From you to me to your kin
Being constructive in skin.
