A Fun Run To Come

I've got lots of energy,
I am hardly ever lazy,
I like to do walking
And weight training,
Which is uplifting
To my not stressing,
My life is a blessing
With lots of loving.

I've been out with my dog,
It was misty with a fog,
Off the lead she had fun
With having a happy run.
We both exercise together
Regardless of the weather.
