I am going to the gym soon
Whereupon I can get in tune
With pumping iron with zest
As I so lift more and not less,
I've just started doing fitness
As before hand I had an injury
As I had over done it on a knee
So I am now so very happy see.
I am going to Costa for a Coffee
Before I start my fitness training,
It should liven me up to be lively
As I'm still waking from sleeping.
I had an a bad knee for an eternity
Which was to me a bad travesty.

I found a way in, Andrew! Good luck with your fitness training. I think it's great that you are doing it. I train whenever I'm home, even if I'm at rock bottom. Don't forget to stretch and work on balance. Take care, my friend!
ReplyDeleteThey say 'healthy body healthy mind', so it so highly appropriate with me! I'm so glad you keep in shape, it is a release from stress and anxiety when you train regularly - as I've found. I do do stretching, usually I do a session in my room two or three times a week. I'm so glad you were able to visit with having problems with accessing my blog!
