My mother is like no-other,
It’s in her nature to nurture,
She is a Cockney you so see
Bringing me up appropriately,
She has been modestly poor
But has hardly ever been sore,
She’s at the ripe age eighty-four –
Now in a home for the elderly
But is not now alone and lonely
As she enjoys friend’s company,
She has always acted Christianly
Bringing me up with this ideology.
