I miss my dog Sadie,
She got put into care,
I hope she is happy
And so treated fair,
Our time so together
Will last for forever,
She is in the country
Which'll be heavenly
Running in fields free.
An elderly couple adopted her,
They live in Wichchurch Town,
I hope they are looking after her
And that they so make her frown.
She is a lovable loving lovely pet -
I hope the couple have no regret.
