My
Daughter has a car,
She
doesn't travel far
As
she lacks experience,
But
with perseverance
She
will get much better
Duly
travelling further:
Her
partner has a nice van
And
often when he can
He
helps with her driving
By
doing instructing,
And
with his apt teaching
She
is better at driving,
As
she has come on bounds
And
does her rounds
Of
visiting loving family
Getting
there quickly.

Greetings Yvonne. Thank you for stopping by, you are most welcome. She gets better each passing day. Blessings. Love love, Andrew.
DeleteThis poem made me smile. I remember when our sons and daughter first got their driving licenses. Some of their friends had "cool cars." You know, muscle cars, and racy little sports cars, and that sort of thing. If ours wanted to borrow one of our cars to drive, we made them take the 1974 Suburban. It was a huge monster of a vehicle, and decidedly uncool. But it was also safe. :)
ReplyDeleteGreetings Susan. It's better to be safe than sorry. I would like a small sports car, but sadly I can't afford one! Blessings to you. Love love, Andrew.
