I
have just been out walking
With
my nice pet dog, Sadie,
Let
off lead she was running
Roaming
about quite freely,
The
cold wind was blowing
Which
was freezing to me,
It
was sadly also raining –
It’s
feeling quite wintery.
Autumn
leaves were gushing
While
we were out wayfaring,
All
their colours were pleasing.
Ducks
in the river were quacking
For
the bread I was duly feeding
Them
so they were not starving.
