My Pet At The Vet

My pet has a bad paw

That's considerably sore,

So I took her to the vet

Who told me not to fret

And gave me antibiotics

And checked for ticks,

She is now on the mend

Which I pray a God-send.

 

Our Father in heaven above

Is Paternal in His nice ways,

And even stranger behaviour

Can turn Him with His love.

Turn brighter your sad days

With belief in our Saviour.
