In Suspense

Cheryl is very attractive,

She has a loving essence,

She has me so distracted

Without common sense,

As I am only seeing her

As a sweet-heart so dear,

She has me in suspense

With intentions sincere.

 

Were she to be mine

I’d think this sublime

Expressed in rhyme

Throughout my time.

I’d treat her so fine

With wine and dine.
