A Nation's Pride

Today we remember the brave,

It was in their nature to save,

As those that fought in battle

Had our leader’s wise wisdom

To fight for peaceful relations

With whatever supplications

At arms to muster and master

To help a Nation in disaster.

 

I used to be a Marine Cadet

So can understand a threat

To fight against with a gun

Despite belief in our Son.

Many do not have a grave

And lay where so slayed.
