Are
you running standing your ground,
Keep
up the pace and remain so sound,
If
you are in a race enduring a round
Then
stay calm and try not to sadly fall
And
finish still standing nicely so tall,
Where
you duly came does not matter
But
that you are remaining aptly fitter,
This
behaviour you should duly favour.
Are
you a winner or loser in our life,
Do
you have a Husband or a Wife
And
are you treating them so nice
So
as not to inflict internal strife.
Running
fast you soon slow down
But
try and frown at a funny Clown.

Greetings Yvonne. Thank you for your kind words, they are warmly received. I wasn't idle while I didn't have my internet as I wrote about three hundred poems! I've already posted about eighty from them. Blessings to you. Love love, Andrew.
