I duly got in gear and headed to Windermere
Where the large lake is the best I hereby state,
The sun was aptly shining and I was so pining
To be participating in swimmingly swimming
But cold water waved goodbye with my sigh
So I didn’t chance a dance as I forsake the lake.
The clear water was a fresh dish not to so hiss
But was bliss like a kiss that I hereby do wish,
And as I duly enjoyed the water’s show aglow
With a perfection reflection so in my direction
Of myself in much better sane, mental health
With the ability to see and experience serenity.
