We went to the beach in Hoylake,
I walked along the shore,
It was a long trek and a hard hike
But worthwhile the more
As the scenery was so picturesque
With the sun, sea and sand
Which I enjoyed more and not less
As the views were so grand.
Afterwards we went to the local pub
Which was at the top of a hill,
We all sat at a table and ordered grub
And staff were paying the bill.
All in all we all had a very good time
And going again I will so pine.
