No-one asked to be born into life
Where you might cause bad strife,
As we didn’t programme the brain
With innates that make you insane
For many, and where you feel pain
With if you suffer suffering again
And again as most species suffer
So life might be better thereafter
Living in heaven if you’re a killer.
If we had the choice we might say ‘NO’,
But we don’t have the option to not go
Driving a brain that might cause pain
To others, and our thoughts are shaped
By upbringing and peer pressure traits
As well as fighting to killing innates
That have evolved from us being apes –
Also, with our freewill we can also kill.
