I have been well for a long spell,
This time around I feel so sound,
But when I was ill I had a chill
That hauntingly was a bitter-pill
As I was really unwell I do tell,
And I was badly confrontational
Being dysfunctional, delusional
Whence I was not making sense.
But I now lap up my tranquillity
As I'm now experiencing serenity
Especially being so hospital free
Which is so how I wanted it to be.
l am now so happily happy in glee
With being better in a state of sanity.
