Are you drunk in love, but have blurred vision,
And are incapable of making a rational decision,
And your fate you now hate with some division,
Then heed with greed the need to feed a partner
With a love you can muster with being together,
As on the booze you lose and are just in a snooze
From a blinding night of out of sight, a big gripe
To a lover, who might discover, loving another.
You should so respect, and without neglect
Think of your ball-and-chain who might gain
A whim to this sin, put you in the bin, dissect
To arrect what is best, which is not to be in pain.
So refrain from you ill-gotten-gain to him or her
And shine like a light, so bright to not heed tripe.
