My
mate is off to Church at ten,
He
believes in our Lord’s wisdom,
And
today will have a quiet pray
Praising
what Jesus did wisely say
In
parables, and the connotations
He’ll
think about with supplications
To
respectfully act aptly Christianly
To
whoever he might happily see.
He
used to read the Sunday Scripture –
Eloquently
and dramatically a server,
And
with fervour he would preach
To
beseech others to wisely reach
Out
to others as Sisters and Brothers,
And
to respect Fathers’ and Mothers’.
