Paw Licking Chicken

I’ve just took Sadie out,

I took her to a local park,

When I give her a shout

She responds with a bark

Before coming back to me

Running happily in glee,

She is a good pet to have

Making me happy not sad.

 

She has just eaten chicken,

I gave her a breast portion,

She duly has an apt wisdom

To lap it up with a passion.

She is now resting on a chair –

I treat her as my near and dear.
